Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- Investors are encouraged to first raise grievances directly with Wealtharaa. We strive to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
- If unresolved, investors may escalate complaints to SEBI through the SCORES platform (SEBI Complaints Redress System).
- Complaints may also be sent via post to the Office of Investor Assistance and Education, SEBI, Mumbai.
Investor Responsibilities – Do’s
- Engage only with SEBI-registered investment advisers.
- Verify registration details before availing advisory services.
- Ensure risk profiling is conducted before accepting advice.
- Pay advisory fees only through official banking channels.
- Read all agreements, disclosures, and communications carefully.
- Evaluate risks, liquidity, and suitability before investing.
- Remain cautious of unsolicited tips or guaranteed return promises.
Investor Responsibilities – Don’ts
- Do not fall for assured or unrealistic return claims.
- Never share trading, demat, or banking credentials.
- Do not transfer funds directly to advisers for investment.
- Avoid acting on rumors, social media tips, or unverified sources.
- Do not make investment decisions under pressure or urgency.
